This Saturday, June 5th will be our first Into The Wallowa event of the year. We hope you'll join us in scoping out some local birds near Wallowa Lake with local bird guide, Janet Hohmann! Details below: Date: Saturday, June 5th Time: 8am - 10am PST Meeting Location: Meet at the day use area at Wallowa Lake State Park - we will meet in the first parking lot on the right after the small bridge Hike Route: We will be starting our guided hike at the day use area, make a loop near the lake shore, head to where the river joins the lake and finally finish up by the marina Items to Bring: Your binoculars and/or bird ID book, if you'd like! Water and layers are always a good idea as well. This event is 100% outdoors, but please remain mindful of Covid-19 safety precautions if you are unvaccinated.
