    Event Description:
    Wallowa Land Trust Evening Lecture Presents "Intro to Nez Perce Life in the Wallowas".  Tim Nitz, Superintendent of the Whitman Mission National Historic Site, will provide an overview of the culture of the Wal'wáama (Wallowa Band Nez Perce). Relying upon native objects and stories, Nitz will discuss the roles of men, women, youth and the elderly, and how they interacted with the land, flora, and fauna of the Wallowa Country from time immemorial.
