“How to Be a Smart Local Investor” Seminar Supports “Angels”
Want to support your neighborhood businesses? Be a small-town “angel” investor! "How to Be a Smart Local Investor" is a free 3-hour seminar for people who want to support the entrepreneurs who keep our economy running. The seminar provides a friendly and safe opportunity for participants to develop a personal framework for making investing decisions, and learn how to conduct due diligence and risk assessment. Participants will learn about different investment structures and have time to network.
Seminars take place 6 to 9 p.m.:
- La Grande: Dec. 8 at Cook Memorial Library Community Room, 2006 4th St.
- Baker City: Dec. 12 at Hatch Baker, 2019 Main St.
- Enterprise: Dec. 13 at Enterprise County Library, 101 NE 1st St.
